**Responsibilities**:

- Instil a sense of curiosity and continuous learning in the training process.
- **Innovative Content Creation**:

- Design creative and dynamic training materials that not only educate but also captivate and inspire learners.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and practical examples into training content.
- **Personalized Coaching**:

- Understand the unique needs of each participant and provide personalized coaching to address their challenges and enhance their strengths.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning community.
- **Evangelizing DevOps Culture**:

- Advocate for the adoption of DevOps culture and best practices beyond the training sessions.
- Encourage trainees to become champions of DevOps principles in their professional roles.

**Salary**: ₹345,360.51 - ₹1,397,440.04 per year
