Peb Designer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create accurate pre-engineered building designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
- Ensure that designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including material and labor costs, based on design specifications and project scope.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that designs and cost estimates are accurate and meet project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pre-engineered building design and cost estimating.
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings as required.

**Salary**: ₹13,013.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- PEB designer: 1 year (preferred)
