Housekeeper/room Attendant

Job Description:
Hotel Jannat Celebration, located in Wani, Maharashtra, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Staff cum Room Service in the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department. As a member of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services and delivering excellent room service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Housekeeping Services:Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and properly stocked with amenities.
Dust furniture, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and ensure cleanliness of all surfaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries as needed.
Handle laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.

Room Service:Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure accurate order delivery.
Set up trays and tables for in-room dining, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
Serve meals and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide recommendations on menu items and make suggestions based on guest preferences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized room service area, including restocking supplies.

Guest Interaction:Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Greet guests warmly and assist with any questions or concerns they may have.
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities, such as extra towels or toiletries.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other hotel staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with the housekeeping and F&B team to coordinate guest requests.
Assist other departments as needed to maintain overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in housekeeping and/or room service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle guest requests.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items and service techniques.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
