Graphic Design Trainer Job Description

You will also provide one-on-one support to participants to ensure their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Adapt training materials** to cater to different learning styles and experience levels.
- **Instruct diverse groups** of students and professionals, both in-person and online.
- **Provide individual feedback and coaching** to help participants improve their skills and knowledge.
- **Stay up-to-date** on the latest design trends and software advancements.
- **Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement** of the training curriculum.
- **Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs** and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment** that fosters creativity and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience** as a professional graphic designer.
- **Proven experience** in designing and delivering training programs.
- **Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.**:

- **Ability to adapt teaching style** to different audiences and learning styles.
- **Passion for graphic design** and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- **Strong organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
