Artfiex HR is hiring for a handwoven silk saree shop in Chennai.

**Objective**:
To understand the market-ask and demonstrate creativity in designing unique sarees that adds value to the brand and are commercially viable.

**Functional Responsibility**

**❖ Market Research**
- Keep a check on what is new in the market
- Study fashion trends
- Understand new threads, embroideries and materials available
- Study technicalities and intricacies of different types of saree weaving
- Research on weavers and makers of sarees PAN India

**❖ Design**
- Understand the number and type of sarees to be designed in a month
- Coordinate with team for sketch work
- Understand colour mix and fabrics to be added in the stock
- Design sarees and submit for review to the management
- Make changes as suggested
- Prepare final design for the saree to be sent to weavers

**❖ Stock Mix**
- Understand current stock mix and identify fast moving products
- Identify empty areas in the product mix
- Highlight to management about stock plan on a regular basis

**❖ Production**
- Prepare orders for weavers by coordinating with management
- Process orders to the weavers
- Clarify doubts to the weavers if any
- Maintain Order register
- Review bills from the weavers before it to processed to Accounts

**Organizational Responsibility**

❖ Participate actively in strategy building, action plan and agenda of Lakshmi

❖ Initiate activities in line with to Lakshmi strategy and work plan.

❖ Support director and team in development of Lakshmi’s system of function

❖ Support in any other task that may be assigned by the organization

❖ Provide key insights to for increasing online sales.

- Number of unique designs
- New innovative ideas

Experience - 2 to 6 years

Working days - Monday to Saturday & Timings - 9.50 am to 6.30 PM

Pay: ₹520,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
