Role : Drone Instructor
Location : Mysore
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct drone training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on the small category of drones.
- Deliver comprehensive theoretical and practical lessons to students, covering topics such as flight principles, regulations, safety protocols, and operational techniques.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Provide guidance and support to students during hands-on flight training sessions, ensuring their safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assess student progress through practical assessments, exams, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in drone technology, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to create a cohesive and efficient learning environment.
- Uphold our organization's commitment to providing excellent instruction while maintaining a focus on the instructor's specific training expertise.
Qualification: Any graduate with DGCA certified license.
Salary : 35,000 to 45,000 based on skills and experience
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drone Instructor License (required)
