**Job Summary**: The Lease Abstraction Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing, interpreting, and abstracting critical information from lease documents into a centralized database. This role ensures that all lease data is correctly captured, updated, and maintained to support the organization’s property management and financial reporting needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lease Document Review and Abstraction**:

- Review and interpret lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Abstract key terms, clauses, and financial obligations such as rent, renewal options, termination rights, and other critical data.
- Ensure all lease information is accurately entered into the lease management system.
- **Data Management and Accuracy**:

- Maintain and update lease records to reflect any changes or amendments.
- Perform regular audits of lease data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate lease data.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports from the lease database for management and other stakeholders.
- Provide analysis and insights based on lease data to support decision-making processes.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all lease documents are filed and stored according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with lease terms and conditions, alerting management to any potential issues or non-compliance.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the property management, finance, legal, and other teams to ensure cohesive lease management practices.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and external parties as required.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving lease abstraction processes and tools.
- Participate in training and development activities to stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lease terminology and real estate principles.
- Proficiency in using lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
