**ASSISTANT - Communications and Creatives** - Looking for a talented, street smart and proactive individual who understands the specific needs of the organization or individual they are working for. Should be flexible with work timings and should be tech savvy.

A Communications & Creative Assistant is expected to provide support to creative professionals, designers and Director of the organization assist them in their creative endeavors. Should have good knowledge on

Social Media posts, creative posts and assist Director in her day-to-day activities.

**Qualification**: Any graduate / PG

**Certifications**: In creative arts and administration

**Experience**: 0-2 Years

**Expertise**: MS Office and Social Media & PREFERRED - Creative Software Skills: Proficiency in creative software tools like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software, or

3D modeling software can be essential for some Creative Assistant roles.

**JOB Description**:
**Idea Generation**: To brainstorm and generate creative ideas for projects, campaigns, or artistic endeavors.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to come up with innovative concepts.

**Research**: To conduct research to gather information, references, and inspiration related to a project.

Includes market research, historical research, or trend analysis, depending on the nature of the creative work.

**Administrative Support**: Should handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, follow up with clients and should also be involved in negotiations and report

Director the day to day works, update on the clientele.

**Content Creation**: Should assist in creating content which involves writing, graphic design, video editing, or other creative tasks like Photography (based on the requirement).

**Coordination**: To liaise with other team members, vendors, or clients to ensure that creative projects are progressing smoothly and according to the timeline.

**Material Preparation**: Assist the Director along with Team with gathering and preparing materials, props, or equipment needed for a project / any major events

**Feedback and Review**: Provide feedback on drafts or prototypes, helping to refine and improve creative work.

**Social Media Management**: Manage social media accounts and online presence to promote the creative work and engage with the audience. Should research on latest trends and update the Social Media pages accordingly.

**Budget Management**: Assist in budget management for creative projects, helping to ensure that resources are used efficiently.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring that creative elements are well
- integrated and manage required elements without any hassle.

**Client Communication**: Assistants may communicate with clients, gather project requirements, and provide updates on project progress.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
