_**Roles & Responsibilities**_
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
- Influences customers to buy or retain the Books by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Taking Orders of the books as per target & Regular Follow-up of payment from the vendors.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- To be responsible for tracking the progress of order, follow up activities and update Customer Relationship management system.
- To perform general office duties, including answering telephone and website enquiries(chat box as well as mail)
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To manage Cloudtail orders, payment and stock.
- To prepare database of company’s sales & payment and provide it to CRM team.

To provide marketing strategies for company’s growth.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Sahitya Kunj, Agra - 282002, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- CRM: 3 years (preferred)
