**Job Description**:
As a Saleswoman at Luees, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers in finding the perfect garments to suit their needs and preferences. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and fostering long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Assist customers in finding clothing items that meet their style preferences, size, and budget.
- Provide product knowledge and information about fabric, fit, and care instructions.
- Offer styling advice and suggestions to customers to help them create complete looks.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low-stock items to the management team.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a garment store or fashion retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and a keen eye for style.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Shift:
