**Job Summary**

We are excited to announce an opportunity for dynamic individuals to join our team as Callers As a Caller, you will play a vital role in our organization, engaging with our valued customers (students) and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for assisting others, this is the perfect position for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Engage with students over the phone, providing a positive and professional experience while addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests.
- Problem Solving: Listen attentively to students, identify their needs, and provide prompt and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate information, promote offerings, and upsell when appropriate.
- Documentation: Accurately record students interactions, issues, and resolutions in our system to maintain a comprehensive database and enable effective follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, empathize with students, and adapt communication style as needed.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A strong passion for customer service, demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to remain composed, empathetic, and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands, processes, and technology, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
