**Role : Enterprise Sales Executive**

- Key Account Development - Negotiation - Cold Calling - Sales Management - Corporate Sales - New Business Development for our SAAS product Go School.
- Enabling the organisation to achieve YoY growth and becoming integral to Go School’s success story
- Consistently achieving quarterly targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by converting more than 70% of pipeline value and ensuring mínimal gestation period
- Specialised in the mid-cap to large accounts and closed customers from diverse scales
- Classifying & mapping the market according to various sectors, segments & demand
- Interaction with key decision-makers like founders, principals and board members and pitch the product accordingly
- Ensuring strong co-ordination between client and internal teams to meet agreed-upon implementation timelines and to ensure payment cycles remain unaffected
- Ensuring zero churns and pushing for pre-renewals with a 12-15% appreciation in ARR
- Full sales responsibility ranging from prospecting, Cold-calling, Demo presentations, follow-ups, price negotiations & MSA drafting
- Also actively involved with Post-sales activities like requirement gathering, Implementation & Integration discussions, feature requests & customisations

**Qualifications**
- 3+ Years of proven experience managing a high performing team ideally in Cloud Telephony, or SaaS solutions
- Experience working with medium to large Enterprises and strong existing relationships with Senior level management.
- Experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions or SAAS products. Education domain is an added advantage
- Demonstrable experience as a consistently high performing Sales Executive in a Technology company.
- Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills are required.
- Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodology
- The ability to manage complex sales situations.
- Demonstrable excellence in communication & presentations skills with ability to build relevant & strategic messaging.
- Detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, self-motivated.

**Job Type **:Full Time
**Salary**: Fixed + Variable including yearly bonus
**Location**: Guwahati

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
