- Identify potential customers in the roofing industry, including builders, contractors, and architects.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead management.
- **Client Meetings and Relationship Management**:
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase Tirumala Roofing products.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay updated with the latest product offerings, roofing materials, and industry trends.
- Educate clients on product benefits, installation procedures, and warranties.
- **Sales Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, client feedback, and other required documentation.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage client accounts.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client inputs.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of sales experience in the roofing or construction industry (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
