Responsibilites:
1. Tallying Accuracy of Vehicle No., Seal No., Count of CN (LR) No. in THC / Manifest and Report any difference to the Shift Incharge & in the THC / Manifest

2. Supervision of Article Count and Tally the Article with Consignment Note (LR) while Loading / Unloading in Vehicle

3. Supervision of FIFO / LIFO / Location wise Stacking in Vehicle

4. Supervision of FIFO / LIFO / Location wise Stacking in Branch

5. Measuring of Actual Weight, Volumetric Weight while Booking and Random checking of the same while Delivery / Transhipment

6. Preparation of System Generated LR Booking and Pickup Run Sheet

7. Preparation of System Generated Delivery Run Sheet, Delivery Status Update, Uploading Proof of Delivery and POD Forwarding Manifest to H.O

8. Preparation of System Generated Manifest, Truck Hire Challan and Trip Sheet

9. Preparation of Consolidated Ewaybill Part-B

10. Maintainance of Vehicle Movement Register and DEPS Record Note & Register (Station Inventory Complaints)

11. Reporting of DEPS to the Shift Incharge for immediate rectification

12. Filing of Records - LR, PRS, DRS, LS, MF, THC, Trip Sheet and PFM

13. Tallying Accuracy of System Stock vs Physical Stock - Physical Stock Take of all available goods in the branch once in a week.
