**Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing**
- Source and order ingredients, packaging, and supplies needed for bakery operations.
- Compare prices and quality to get the best deals from suppliers.
- Keep track of orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for reliable service.
**Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels and regularly update inventory records.
- Check the quality and quantity of received items to ensure they meet bakery standards.
- Organize and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
- Track expiration dates and rotate stock as needed.
**Record-Keeping and Reporting**
- Keep accurate records of purchases, receipts, and inventory changes.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and purchasing costs for management.
**Quality Control**
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that storage areas are clean and organized.
- Follow food safety standards to prevent contamination and maintain quality.
**Skills Required**:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and find quality products.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate and orderly storage.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
