**Responsibilities**:

- **1.**_ _**Financial Planning and Consultation**:_
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Clearly explain financial strategies, investment options, and recommended courses of action.
- Guide clients in understanding the implications of their financial decisions.
- **2.**_ _**Goal-Oriented Roadmap Creation**:_
- Develop customized roadmaps to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Identify suitable investment opportunities, asset allocation strategies, and risk management techniques.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
- Monitor and adjust financial plans as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances.
- **3.**_ _**Financial Plan Review and Tracking**:_
- Regularly review and evaluate clients' financial plans, ensuring progress towards goals.
- Monitor investment performance, assess risk exposure, and recommend adjustments when required.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and plan revisions.
- **4.**_ _**Education and Expertise**:_
- Possess an MBA in Finance or a postgraduate degree in Finance (mandatory).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in finance, preferably in financial planning and wealth management.
- Hold a Certified Wealth Manager (CWM), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or NISM Investment Advisor Level-2 certification (Preferable).
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and advancements in financial planning methodologies.

**Qualifications**:
➔ Regular 2 years of MBA or Post-Graduation in Finance from a reputable institution.

➔ In-depth knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment vehicles, and wealth management strategies.

➔ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

➔ Ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients.

➔ Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

➔ Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

➔ Proficiency in financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

➔ Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics when handling sensitive client information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
