Job Summary: 2 Resources with 5+ years.
The FlexSim Resource will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in the FlexSim software platform
to develop and execute simulation projects for diverse industries. They will work closely with clients and
internal teams to understand the requirements, design simulation models, analyze data, and provide
valuable insights to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Simulation Modeling: Develop, implement, and validate complex simulation models using the
FlexSim software to represent real-world systems and processes accurately.
2.Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to create input parameters for
the simulation models.
3.Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to
understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
4.Solution Design: Propose and design simulation solutions to address specific business challenges
and objectives, considering different scenarios and alternatives.
5.Model Calibration and Verification: Validate and calibrate simulation models to ensure accuracy
and reliability.
6.Simulation Experiments: Conduct simulation experiments to evaluate system performance,
identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
7.Results Interpretation: Analyze simulation results, generate reports, and present findings to
stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
8.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and clients in utilizing the
FlexSim software effectively.
9.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in simulation methodologies,
tools, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
1.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Operations
Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
2.Experience: Proven experience in using the FlexSim software for simulation modeling is
essential. Prior experience in simulation projects within manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or
other industries is a plus.
3.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify patterns,
and draw meaningful conclusions from simulation results.
4.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to the needs of
various projects.
6.Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight
deadlines.
7.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages and statistical analysis tools is
advantageous.
