As a Social Media Optimizer (SMO), you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. You will work closely with the social media team to analyze and optimize social media campaigns, monitor social media metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for clients to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions

Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and track performance

Identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and account management teams, to ensure a cohesive social media strategy

Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms

Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates and algorithm changes

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics and analysis tools

Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform updates

Experience with content creation and management for various social media platforms

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
