JOB DISCRIPTION

Job Title:Audit&Risk management

Location:All Branches

Job Role:Regular Audit

Reported to: E O Varghese
- Periodical Branch Audit according to the allocation from Dept Head.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Verification of Cash**:

- Verification of Bank accounts and BRS
- Branch ledger and bank passbook verification
- Verification Branch staff’s punctuality and timely Branch opening.
- Business Outstanding details
- Stamp verification
- Payment and receipt (Voucher verification)
- Verification of Branch assets
- Verification of Expenses and its approvals etc.
- Debits in income Heads
- NCD/Bond documents, KYC and certificates verification
- Attendance Register verification
- Verification of the maintenance of registers and files
- Loan documents and EMI due verification Traders Loan (Maxvanijya,Maxsamurdhi, Mhilashema, Vyparishema)
- Gold Loan
- Vehicle loan
- KYC verification
- Notice board checking
- Safe room, Alarm and Branch Premises checking
- IS Auditing
- Provide instructions to branch staff to follow fair practices
- Conduct branch staff meeting and discuss the Irregularities noted in the audit report and its implications, if not rectified.
- Preparation of complete audit report after auditing a branch.
- Audit of HO Departments according to the allocation done by Dept Head.
- Conduct Special audit in necessary branches.
- Conduct handing over auditing during the resignation of branch staffs.
- Whistle blowing/Alerts of Frauds in Branches
- Off site verification of transactions of various branches
- Any other works allotted by the Head-Audit, from time to time
- LOAN DOCUMENT VERIFCATION (as per policy):

- (Auto loan)
- AGREEMENTS
- INVOICE AND INSURANCE
- DOWN PAYMENT DETAILS
- PDD Verification(POST DISBURSEMENT DOCUMENTATION)
- Marketing Agent Incentive verification (Auto loan)
- Consolidation and follow up of pending reports (Auto loan)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
