- Shall assist in overlooking of operations market villas
- Follow ups with on ground team to ensure work is done correctly & in a timely fashion
- Daily visits to villas wherever the client checks in on Day 1 ensuring guest satisfaction
- Take necessary approval from seniors prior to spending on purchases
- Assist the transformation team on getting the property ready on time
- Overlook on ground Team training and assessment
- Coordinate with the Central Team in Mumbai and follow all SOP’s
- Carry property inspections and audits
- Maintain files/records of AMC, purchases, petrol spends etc.
