**Job Description (JD): Telecaller - Retail Garment FieldPosition Summary**
The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers over the phone to promote garment products, answer queries, and boost sales. They play a crucial role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting overall sales efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Outreach**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about the latest products, promotions, and offers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Address customer queries about garment styles, sizes, availability, and discounts.
- **Sales Support**:
- Persuade customers to visit the store or make purchases over the phone.
- Upsell or cross-sell complementary products or accessories.
- Record customer orders accurately and pass them to the sales team or logistics.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance and sales conversions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align communication strategies.
- Share insights from customer conversations to improve promotional efforts.
**Job Specification (JS): Telecaller - Retail Garment FieldQualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or additional certifications in sales/customer service (preferred).
**Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
- Experience in the retail or garment industry is an advantage.

- Proficiency in speaking the local language(s); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
