**Job description**:
**Purpose of the Job**

To conceive, plan, recommend and execute mine planning activities in Chrome ore domain of Natural Resources Division at different stages of due-diligence, geological reconnaissance,
prospecting and exploration activities for existing leaseholds, facilitate in maximizing mineral resource base of the company and identify, examine and implement best mine planning practices and advanced technologies to best interests of the company

**Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility
1. Preparation of geological model in chrome ore deposits, mine scale models, estimation of resources and reserves using appropriate tools & software

2. Technical support for mines operation for short term planning and Quality Control Systems to ensure compliance to customer requirements

3. Preparation/validate of mine scale models, support short term planning and carry reconciliation studies

4. Ensure geological input for timely statutory (government agencies) and internal reporting pertaining to different projects

5. Specialisation in usage of SURPAC and CAD software for data analysis and presentation

**Educational qualifications**

M. Sc / M.Sc (Tech)/ M. Tech in Applied Geology/ Geology

**Technical Competencies**

Expertise in geological ore body modelling, acquaintance with statutory mine planning jobs and CAD, Quality Control Systems etc
