- Coordinate with the concierge for special arrangements like transportation, tours, and events.
- **Handling VIP Guests**:

- Ensure that VIP guests receive personalized attention, including room upgrades, special amenities, and customized services.
- Maintain a record of VIP guests and their preferences to offer a personalized experience.
- **Maintain High-Quality Standards**:

- Ensure that all services provided meet the hotel’s quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
- Regularly inspect guest areas and rooms to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and a welcoming environment.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, preparing reports, and updating reservation systems.
- Ensure that all guest requests and feedback are properly documented for follow-up.
- **Promote Hotel Services**:

- Promote additional hotel services like dining, spa, and events to guests, providing them with the necessary information.
- Upsell services and special packages to enhance the guest experience.
- **Team Collaboration**:
