Job Description for Sales Engineer

**Job Title** : Sales Executive

**Location** : Ahmedabad

**Qualification** : BE/B.Tech (Electronics/IT/CS/electrical/Mechanical)/BCA/B.sc-IT/CS + MBA/PGDM Marketing with good academic’s results.

**Experience** : 1+Years

**Working days** : Alternative Saturday off (2nd & 4th Saturday)

**Working Days** : 9 Hours

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead generation and lead management
- Solution designing and budgetary working
- Engage with prospect customers for briefings, demos, and Proof of concepts

around their requirements.
- Creation and editing of technical documentation/specifications to assist with

customer proposals
- Define & defend complete Scope of Work of Offering with Customer & Partner

with precise BOQ and clarity on deliverables.
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client

satisfaction
- Establish relationships with key technical person of our customers to

understand the grounds for collaboration and also to understand them

technical challenges.
- Give product demonstration on its own and map it with customer RFP/RFI

requirements
- Support the project management teams to enable solution delivery.
- Knowledge & experience in IT & electronics Projects delivery.
- Experience & Familiarity with functions of Biometric security, Access Control

and Security Surveillance domain
- Techno commercial sales person able to provide end to end solutions based

on the client’s requirement.
- Ability & mind-set to work with different teams and engage with teams from

different regions during various stages of any project execution & bid

management.
- Ability to relate business & technology requirements of customers in the

Biometric security, Access Control and Security Surveillance have proven

experience & capabilities for solution offering.
- Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly with other team members
- Able to build relationships with customers, identifying and focusing on their

needs.
