**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell Urban Acent products.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about Urban Acent's product line to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
**Sales Reporting**:Provide regular sales reports to the management team, detailing achievements and challenges.
**Market Research**:Stay abreast of market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
**Compensation Structure**:
- **Commission-Based**: Earn a competitive commission on each sale made.
- **Base Salary**: ₹2000 per month.
**Requirements**:
**Sales Experience**:Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
**Effective Communication**:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
**Results-Driven**:Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
**Self-Motivated**:Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to sales.
**Adaptability**:Willingness to adapt to evolving product offerings and market dynamics.
**Availability**:Flexibility to work during business hours, including weekends if required.
