**PLANT SUPERVISOR**
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- REPORTING TO Plant Manager
- AGE : 28 and Above
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH / MALAYALAM / HINDI
- Experience in production / Manufacturing field
- Job location - Kerala

**PLANT SUPERVISOR Duties and Responsibilities**
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Knowledge of Reading and Understanding Mechanical Drawings.
- Organise workflow as per the Production plan by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Should have basic knowledge in Lathe ,milling and welding machines.
- Need good communication skill and Problem solving ability.
- Can be work and co ordinate with designing team and do the necessary changing on time to time if need.
- Co ordinate with all the departments and make sure the work is going smoothly.

**Plant Supervisor Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from accredited college/university
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and plans.
- A minimum of five years of related experience.
- Proficient computer skills with all basic office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ability to learn and use related software and systems are required.

Salary - 25,000.00 per Month
