**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with various medical conditions, dietary needs, and goals.
- Develop personalized dietary plans based on individual health histories, preferences, and cultural considerations.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and track patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to dietary plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute valuable insights.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials, workshops, and seminars to promote nutritional awareness.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by relevant regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in clinical dietetics, nutrition counseling, and dietary planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Empathy and compassion for patients' diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing nutrition-related software and tools.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Flexibility to work in various clinical settings and adapt to changing patient needs.
- Knowledge of relevant UK dietary guidelines and regulations.
