Packaging Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee our packaging operations and ensure that all products are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise packaging operations, including overseeing a team of packaging associates
- Ensure that all packaging is done according to established procedures and meets quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules, prioritizing tasks and resources as necessary to meet deadlines
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Train and mentor packaging associates, providing ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance
- Ensure that all packaging equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of packaging equipment and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and metrics and make sound decisions based on that information

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
