**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Reception who has analytical decision making skills, a great customer care disposition, be team oriented, have high integrity, be responsible and is a rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts.
Responsibilities and Duties
**FRONT DESK**
**CLIENT HANDLING**
- Greet the individuals and group, walking into the clinic
- Make the (patient) client to sit (whether its 1st visit or subsequent sessions/other treatment)
- Offer the registration form to new customers (Registration form contains
- Doctor consultation
- Check the counselling room for cleanliness
- Lead the client to counselling room
- Replace an executive/attender at reception while going for break or any other emergency
**CASH**
- All transactions to be submitted to the manager
**COMMUNICATION**
- Housekeeping, staff grooming, and general ambience
- Front desk staff should ask about patients comfort
- About treatment and feedback from client
**DOCUMENTATION**
Must be able to coordinate with the companies on website and social media promotions.**
Must have knowledge on creating fb and social media post.**
**Qualifications and Skills**
Female
Education: +2 / Graduate
Preferable Experience in Hotel industry as Front office Executive
**- Should have Clear skin and Groomed**
**- Good Communication skills**
**- Should know English, Hindi,Tamil**
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
