You will be working as Senior Manager Reporting & Consolidation in Controlling Org and will be reporting to Finance Controller and will be a part of Corporate Office located in Bangalore, India.In this role you will be primarily responsible for supporting the organisation in reporting and consolidation of group entities, coordinating audits (internal & statutory).Key responsibilities:
**What you'll do**

Reporting and presenting the overall financial health of the Group.- Consolidations for multiple group entities and geographies.-
- Prepare the financials, month/quarter/year closing.-
- Ensure strong group compliance as per Ind As & IGAAP.-
- Manager relationship with external auditors and internal stakeholders at the company.-
- Responsible to train, direct and supervise accountants and accounting staff and coach & evaluate subordinates-
- Support group treasury, FP&A, Business Finance and M&A teams on various projects etc-
- Develop and implement the accounting policies in the areas of revenue recognition,-
- capitalisation, expenditure accounting & Cross Charges.-
- Build and maintain accounting pack required for reporting to multiple stakeholders (internal or external)-
- Set up and drive monthly book closure in the SAP environment.-
- Inter Company reconciliation and elimination.- Opportunity to financial reporting for a group company structure organisation and take care of multiple legal entities and cross holdings.
