Chemist - Electroplating Unit

Good Hands-on experience of metal finishing like Zinc Plating, Zinc Nickel, Zinc Iron, Alloy Nickel.
Knowledge of Hexavalent Trivalent chromate conversion coatings.
Perform volumetric methods of chemical analysis 3 times per shift and maintain a record

Ensure optimum usage of chemicals and Zinc metal
Ensure all chemical parameters maintained at an optimum level
All plating rejections to be reviewed together with the Quality and Production team to have a solution
Hands-on experience of Electroplating quality testing Equipment such as Hull Cell Panel Test, Conductivity Meter and pH Meters.
Knowledge of various coating quality tests

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
