**Responsibilities**:
**WordPress Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated WordPress websites tailored to client needs.
- Optimize website architecture for high performance and speed, ensuring quick load times.
- Customize WordPress backend for user-friendly admin management.
- Implement SEO best practices in website development.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS & JavaScript

**Design & Multimedia**:

- Create graphic designs for web and marketing materials, ensuring cohesive visual branding across all platforms.
- Manage social media accounts for our clients, planning and executing content strategies that enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain and enhance in-house social media profiles across various platforms.
- Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns, website content, and social media posts.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform all aspects of design and digital strategy.

**Project & Administrative Management**:

- Analyze pricing strategies and perform price research to ensure competitive advantage.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, adapting to new challenges and meeting tight deadlines.
- Handle administrative and office tasks as needed, including document preparation and presentation creation.

**Requirements**:
**Primary Skill required for this Role**:

- High level of proficiency as a WordPress designer, must have independently designed and developed client delivered websites from start to launch.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in web design, specifically with extensive expertise in WordPress and Divi builder.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

**Additional Skills required**:

- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong skills in social media management and content creation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Experienced in video production and editing, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual communication.
- Demonstrated ability to perform market research, price analysis, and lead generation.

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge of other web platforms like Squarespace, Wix, and Showit.

**Tools Experience required**:

- WordPress, Divi, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office

**Soft Skills required**:

- Must have qualities: creativity, attention to detail, and high work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility with work hours and a readiness to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
