**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management**
- Maintain and update the sales database with accurate and timely information.
- Organize and manage sales data, ensuring it is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.

**2. Report Generation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports, including sales performance, customer trends, and product-wise analysis.
- Create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

**3. Sales Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management to optimize sales performance.

4. **Coordination**:

- Liaise with the sales team to collect and verify data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the supply chain, finance, and production teams for seamless sales operations.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in reporting.

**6. System Management**:

- Work on software/tools like **MS Excel, SAP, or CRM** systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure the proper functioning of MIS tools and systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/IT; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience**: 4-6 years** of experience in **sales reporting, MIS management**, or related roles in **FMCG or manufacturing**.

**- Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like Field Assist, SAP, Tally, or similar.
- Strong data visualization skills (e.g., dashboards, charts).
- Analytical Abilities:

- Ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**- Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in **FMCG, food products, or manufacturing industries**.
- Knowledge of **sales processes and supply chain management**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹31,429.95 - ₹35,952.43 per month
