Immigration Excutive

**Job description**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions (H-1B/L1).

Assist in preparation and submitting petitions such as H-1B visa petitions and respond to RFEs.

Will assist with immigration sites(I-94), USCIS.GOV

Interact with vendors/Clients in obtaining the supporting documents for Immigration related requirements.

**Requirements**:
1- 2 years experience in the field of immigration is required.

Excellent organization skills/detail oriented

Must be able to work within a "team" based approach.

Must show initiative and ability to accomplish work independently with mínimal supervision.

Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Immigration Tracker

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guntur, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
