In-home Caretaker

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated in-home caretaker to provide assistance and support to a stable 70-year-old woman in her daily activities. As an integral member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our client in the familiar surroundings of her own home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed.
- Medication Management: Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or reactions.
- Mobility Assistance: Provide support with walking, transferring, and positioning to ensure the safety and comfort of the client.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks based on dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversation, accompany the client on walks or outings, and participate in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Monitoring: Keep track of vital signs, changes in health condition, and report any concerns or observations to the supervising healthcare professional or family members.
- Transportation: Provide transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as necessary.
- Emotional Support: Offer empathy, encouragement, and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being and quality of life.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activity logs, medication administration records, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols.

**Salary**: ₹9,861.77 - ₹18,598.40 per month
