**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects. As an office-based Architect, you will utilize your expertise in architectural design, drafting, and project management to support the creation of innovative and functional spaces. You will work collaboratively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into detailed plans and specifications. You will also be responsible for utilizing your own PC/laptop for work tasks within the office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design**: Develop creative and practical design solutions for various architectural projects, incorporating client requirements, building codes, and sustainability principles.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to coordinate the execution of architectural projects from conception to completion.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project goals, gather feedback, and present design proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that architectural designs and plans comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and environmental guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Architect.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Strong design sensibility, with a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ownership of a personal PC/laptop that can be brought to the office for work tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
