**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Travel within a 100-250 km radius to meet clients and promote our products.
- Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints.
- Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in the wholesale building materials industry (PVC pipes and fittings preferred).
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong convincing power.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management.
- Leadership qualities.
Compensation:
- Commission-based role (No fixed salary).
- Travel and food allowances will be provided by the company.
