**Skills (Must have)**:

- Around 6-8 years experience in the IT Services focused on BFSI domain/ Banking products and solutions out of which minimum 3 years' experience as a Solution Architect for BFSI customers
- Ability to participate in client discussions to understand client requirements, analyze client requirements, documentation, ability to review RFPs, SOWs etc. and offer technical solutions Including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong experience across Product customization, Application development, Delivery, Implementation of COTS solutions, Product Packages, Tools/ utilities available
- Experience of Software development, Application maintenance, including transformation / migration to Cloud platforms using full stack technologies (Java full stack, React Native/ JS, MongoDB, RDBMS)
- Capability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to define solutions - Collaboration with Delivery, Sales, Finance and legal teams

**Skills (Good to have)**:

- Be a team player capable of working with both technical and non-technical resources.
- Prior experience of having worked on individual bid’s/ projects / solutions estimated worth > 10 M USD
- Knowledge of ROR, Golang, AngularJS, NoSQL, Elasticsearch etc.

**Qualification**:

- B.E / MBA, MCA degree
- Total Experience in the range of 8-12 years
- Experience of at least 2 years specific to this role
