Overview
- As an EHS Product Compliance Check Consultant, you will provide specialized expertise to businesses seeking to ensure their products comply with EHS regulations and standards.
- You will work with a variety of clients across different industries, offering guidance, conducting assessments, and recommending strategies to achieve and maintain product compliance.

Mandatory skills:

- Experience on IMDS Interface with SAP is Mandatory
- Facilitate the implementation, design, customize, configure and testing and support EHS Module (PRC-Product compliance is mandatory)
- Regulatory Analysis and Guidance
- Compliance Assessment:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' products to evaluate their compliance with EHS requirements.
- Identify areas of non-compliance, potential hazards, and risks associated with product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and labeling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the implementation, design, customize, configure and testing and support EHS Module (PRC-Product compliance is mandatory)
- Regulatory Analysis and Guidance
- Compliance Assessment:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' products to evaluate their compliance with EHS requirements.
- Identify areas of non-compliance, potential hazards, and risks associated with product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and labeling.
- Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies for achieving and maintaining product compliance.
- Provide guidance on design modifications, material substitutions, or process improvements to align with regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Assist clients in collecting and maintaining accurate records of compliance assessments, test reports, certificates, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare clear and concise compliance reports and recommendations for clients.
- Training and Education:

- Conduct training sessions for client teams to enhance their understanding of EHS compliance requirements.
- Share insights and best practices to help clients establish a culture of compliance within their organizatio s.
- Experience on IMDS Interface with SAP is Mandatory
- Setting up data exchange protocols and schedules to ensure that product data is always up to date in IMDS.
- Data mapping is a crucial aspect of the interface. This involves defining how data in SAP corresponds to data in IMDS. For example, mapping SAP materials to IMDS substances and parts.
- Integrated system allows for the generation of compliance reports based on the data in IMDS. These reports may be required for regulatory submissions, customer requirements, or internal compliance monitoring.
- Testing and validation of the interface are essential to ensure that data is accurately transferred and that compliance reporting is reliable.
