Job Description: Wizhob is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Organic Farming Instructor to create and deliver engaging online classes to our students. As an instructor, you will play a pivotal role in educating individuals interested in sustainable agriculture and organic farming practices. This is a remote, part-time/contract position, allowing you the flexibility to teach from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design comprehensive online courses in organic farming for learners of varying skill levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive live online classes via video conferencing platforms.
- Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical insights into organic farming techniques.
- Must have a small garden, be it a terrace or kitchen garden.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by encouraging student participation and answering questions.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their organic farming skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in organic farming practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Organic Farming, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in organic farming, with a strong understanding of sustainable agriculture principles.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and promoting sustainable practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable teaching environment.
