**Under the general direction of the Outlet Manager or Front Desk Supervisor and within the limits of established Brooks Musicals PVT LTD and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest or Students satisfaction to current and future.**
- Greet all guests courteously using name recognition whenever possible.
- Complete daily checklists and practice sincere warm hospitality and courtesy at all times.
- Responsible for providing prompt yet personal service.
- Understand and communicate promotions and enhancements effectively to our guests.
- Handle special requests during guest/members/students visit, follow-up and coordinate future visits.
- Update guest/members/students Profiles.
- Actively participate in training and continuing education related to the new promotions, new classes, etc.
- Complete projects in a timely manner as required by Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized Front Desk area.
- Facilitate the proper tracking of guests and members at the Studio.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take messages as well handle all general enquiries.
- Update attendance of classes and other activities.
- To be able to conduct Studio facility “show around” and successfully sell the Music Instruments/Vocal/Dance/Public Speaking Classes to all prospective guests & members.
- Understand the responsibilities of all classes like Piano/Keyboard, Guitar, Western Vocals, Violin, Hindustani Vocals, Dance, Dance and Fitness, Yoga and Public Speaking, etc.
- Promote enthusiastically all classes, activities & services that are offered at Brooks Musicals.
- To periodically check on the cleanliness and supervise the housekeeper. To oversee the cleanliness and general organization of the reception area, classrooms, musical instruments, Public area, etc.
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene (Corona, etc.) and Fire Life Safety.
- To post into the Brooks Portal any charges that may be incurred by Guests & Members and accomplish accounting procedures.
- Ensure Brooks Portal is updated with all necessary details.
- Handle cash as per company policy and procedure.
- To oversee the reservation, payment and tracking procedures established for the use of the different classes.
- Act highly responsible & reliable.
- Ensure Brand Standard/Brand Service Standards are consistently delivered to our guests.

We daily and regularly clean and sanitize our studio, all client are asked to use mask, use hand sanitizer when they are in the studio.
