Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media optimization strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, etc.) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Monitor social media channels for trending topics and industry news to keep our content relevant and engaging.

4. Analyze social media insights and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

7. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the social media landscape.

Experience: 1 year or more

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Optimization Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
