**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The role requires appointing channel partners (IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product
sales across geographies across your target area
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following
- ? Recruitment of channel partners
? Providing training for Business Development
? Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner
? Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity
? Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meeting.
? Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
? Solving distributor's queries.
? To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time
? Following internal sales process
? Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
Key Skills required:
? Business Development and Channel management skills
? People oriented, outgoing individual that earns a high degree of loyalty with staff and channel
partners
? Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and how the industry works
? Eagerness to work with start-up and problem solving skills
