Intensivist

We are seeking a highly skilled Intensivist to join our critical care team. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions. Intensivists oversee patient care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and perform procedures such as intubation and central line placement when necessary. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment are essential for this role.

- RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide expert care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
- Develop and oversee patient care plans, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and other critical care interventions as needed.
- Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide compassionate care and support.
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS- MD Anesthesiology, MD Pulmonology, DNB Anesthesiology, DNB Pulmonary Medicine, or DNB
- Critical Care ,MEM qualification 0-3 years of experience in ICU settings, including residency or fellowship training.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and prioritize patient care effectively.
