Daycare Incharge

Developing and ensuring a safe and happy environment for the children
- Coordinating with the teaching staff in planning various educational activities.
- Recruiting and training new daycare staff
- Communicating the center’s policies to the parents and guardians
- Holding parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child’s progress
- Evaluating and purchasing supplies and materials needed at the center
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or a related field
- 4-7 years of work experience in the Education industry as a Day Care Incharge, Child Care Coordinatoror a similar role.
- Complete knowledge of the daycare policies, guidelines, and rules governing the educational sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills

**Salary**: ₹10,286.64 - ₹25,468.98 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
