Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking orders, preparing beverages, and serving food items promptly and accurately.
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Restocking and organizing inventory as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or Marathi (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- A positive and proactive approach to teamwork.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
