5.1 **Staff Management**:
5.1.1 Recruit, train, and supervise bar executives, wherever necessary.

5.1.2 Schedule and organize staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

5.1.3 Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

5.1.4 Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback to the team.

5.2 **Customer Service**

5.2.1 Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

5.2.2 Interact with guests, irrespective of Bar Services to ensure their satisfaction and handle any concerns or feedback promptly.

5.2.3 Train staff to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.

5.3 **Bar Operations**

5.3.1 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

5.3.2 Monitor and manage inventory levels of Bar Stock (Godown & Bar Counter), Bar Crockery, ordering supplies as needed.

5.3.3 Daily Display Management of Bar Stock on Respective Racks & Crockeries

5.3.4 Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for efficient bar service.

5.3.5 Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new and innovative beverage options.

5.4 **Financial Management**

5.4.1 Manage the bar budget effectively, controlling costs and maximizing revenue.

5.4.2 Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies to meet financial goals.

5.4.3 Implement pricing strategies & Bar Menu Curation in coordination with the resort management.

5.5 **Compliance**

5.5.1 Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

5.5.2 Daily/Monthly/Periodic Reporting as per Rules to the Excise Authorities (Daily Receiving, Daily Sales, Monthly Consumption, Revenue Returns, etc.)

5.6 **Event Management**

5.6.1 Coordinate with the resort management team to plan and execute special events and promotions at the bar.

5.6.2 Create and implement themed nights and promotions to attract a diverse clientele.

5.6.3 Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the bar and its offerings

5.7 **Banquets & Other Social/Corporate Events**

5.7.1 Develop customized beverage packages for social and corporate events, considering the preferences and budgetary constraints of the clients.

5.7.2 Provide recommendations on suitable cocktails, mocktails, and other beverage options based on the nature of the event

5.7.3 Plan and schedule bar staff for banquet, social, and corporate events, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

5.7.4 Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to different types of events, whether they involve alcohol service or not.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
