**Position Overview**:
The Field Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and expanding the customer base of the company. This position involves actively engaging with potential clients, promoting products or services, and effectively closing deals. The Field Sales Executive operates primarily outside the office, meeting clients in person and presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.

**Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to sell the services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized service and addressing client concerns promptly.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Effectively communicate product specifications, pricing, and terms to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
- Close sales deals by obtaining purchase orders or signed contracts, ensuring adherence to sales targets and revenue goals.

**Market Intelligence and Feedback**:

- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
- Provide feedback to the sales management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.

**Sales Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, meetings, and sales transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and bike is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
