Medisight is seeking qualified and dedicated BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) or BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) doctors to join our team as Claim Managers. As a Claim Manager, you will play a pivotal role in preparing investigation reports for claims, ensuring a thorough and accurate assessment of medical cases. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with field investigators, preparing claim investigation reports, and conducting genuinity checks to ensure the authenticity of claims. Your ultimate goal will be to provide reliable and comprehensive conclusions to facilitate fair and just claims processing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Coordination with Field Investigators**: Collaborate with field investigators to gather necessary information, documentation, and evidence related to claim cases.

**Claim Investigation Report Preparation**: Utilize your medical expertise to analyze and evaluate claim data, medical records, and investigation findings to prepare comprehensive investigation reports.

**Genuinity Check**: Conduct thorough genuinity checks on claims to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze medical data and diagnostic reports to determine the legitimacy of the claim and assess the appropriateness of hospitalization.

**Claim Conclusion**: Draw evidence-based conclusions based on investigation reports and genuinity checks to assist in fair claims processing.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all investigation reports are accurate, complete, and adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.

**Timely Reporting**: Complete and submit investigation reports within established timelines to facilitate efficient claims processing.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized and detailed records of investigation findings and other relevant data.

**Communication**: Effectively communicate with the internal team and other stakeholders regarding investigation progress and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) or BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognized institution.
- **Medical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, diagnoses, and investigation procedures.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in claim investigation, medical report preparation, or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in investigation reports.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex medical information effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret medical data and reach well-founded conclusions.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet investigation and reporting deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team and coordinate with field investigators effectively.
