Hospital Driver

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Transportation**: Transport patients to and from appointments, admissions, discharges, and other necessary destinations, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.
**- **Staff and Supply Transport**: Drive medical staff, equipment, and supplies to various locations as needed, including between hospital departments and external facilities.
**- **Vehicle Maintenance**:Perform routine checks on the assigned vehicle, including fuel levels, oil changes, and tire pressure. Report any maintenance issues or vehicle malfunctions promptly.
**- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all traffic laws and hospital safety policies.
**- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or issues that occur during transport.
**- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service and support to patients, visitors, and staff. Assist with boarding and alighting as needed, and address any concerns or special requests.
**- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency situations promptly and appropriately, coordinating with hospital emergency services if required.
**- **Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with hospital staff and management regarding transportation needs and any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
**- **Experience**: Previous experience in a driving or transportation role preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
**- **Licensing**: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
**- **Skills**: Excellent driving skills with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally**.**
